Taco Soup

This is one of my family’s favorite crockpot recipes!
Taco Soup
2 cans of kindey beans
2 cans of pinto beans
2 cans of corn
1 large can of diced tomatoes (I have no idea why the can wasn’t in this picture. I know I put it in. This is a mystery.)
1 can tomatoes and chiles
3 tbsp. or 1 packet taco seasoning
1 package Morning Star Farms Ground Crumbles or 1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained (optional)
shredded cheese and sour cream for garnish
Add ingredients to crockpot and stir. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5. The longer it cooks the better! Serve with shredded cheese and sour cream.

Thanks for putting this up, I am always looking for variations to try with taco soup, it’s a favorite here too. I like to add black beans and sometimes serve over rice. I will try the bean combo you put here with my black beans-ha-3 bean taco soup!!! I like that. The kids like to make their own taco chips, they slice the tortillas, spray with cooking spray, and bake, corn bread muffins are another idea they like too. Thanks again!!!
